Wellness Retreats

At Lokāh, retreats are offered in small, carefully held groups to honor the depth of the practices being shared and the individuality of each participant. Rather than large, fast-paced programs, these gatherings create space for meaningful learning, reflection and personal integration.

Alongside guided practices and study, retreats may include thoughtfully chosen local outings, simple nutrition guidance and Ayurvedic cooking experiences, as well as optional body-based offerings and treatments that support rest, regulation and embodied learning.

Rooted in the classical traditions of yoga and Āyurveda, and shaped by lived experience as an educator and practitioner, each retreat is designed to be relational, responsive and grounded in daily life so that what is learned can be carried forward with clarity, care and sustainability.
